With 20 years experience in custom residential A/V systems, Jay’s career began as an installation technician while attending UCLA. After gaining in-depth experience within the residential design and construction industry, Jay went on to start three successful home systems integration companies, merging one with one of the nation’s prominent residential security firms. Jay’s career has also included running international sales for a broadcast audio manufacturing company and one of the largest commercial systems integrators in the United States. In 2005, Jay joined Ultimate Control after meeting Mario and discovering both share a similar vision and philosophy of home systems integration. |

With over 18 years experience in account, purchasing and warehouse management, Louise brings exceptional knowledge and talent to the organization. Her ability to acquire and manage the thousands of parts and products needed is vital to the successful completion of each project. She has honed these skills through years of developing purchasing efficiencies and processes with some of the Bay Area’s largest companies. Having previously worked at noted corporations such as Sun Automotive, she helped these companies achieve their ISO9001 certification status and developed “just-in-time” inventory practices. Louise has been focusing on management processes since graduating from the University of San Francisco. |

Simon has over 11 years experience in personnel management, project scheduling and is an expert at finding creative solutions to impossible problems. He currently manages Ultimate Control’s team of over 35 service personnel. |

A community-oriented person, Jimmy created and ran a neighborhood sports complex for 15 years. During this time, Jimmy fine-tuned his “people skills” which perfectly compliments his position as the service division leader. Jimmy’s background also includes five years as a sub-contractor working on custom homes. Jimmy is an excellent troubleshooter, making him an excellent resource during the project design stage. Personable, professional and knowledgeable in both construction and electronics, Jimmy brings a passion for problem solving that is rarely seen in the industry. |

Having 10 years experience working with some of the largest companies in the world such as Hewlett Packard, Intel and AMD, Paul’s extensive background is a mix of commercial and residential disciplines. Completing complex projects such as wiring clean rooms, installing lab power panels, lighting systems and semiconductor microscopes reveals Paul’s attention to detail which he applies to the custom home environment.
