Planning is key to a successful project.  As early as possible, Ultimate Control will introduce you to system possibilities, immediately providing preliminary budget ranges for the various types of systems.  We understand that construction budgets are quite dynamic during the design phase.  We're committed to helping you to understand the total costs of systems as early as possible so that you may make informed decisions.  With thousands of installations under our belt, we'll make a number of recommendations to improve the design of your home.  At this stage, we're collaborating with your design team on site plans, space planning, infrastructure, structural and electrical requirements.  Our engineering team will produce documentation to ensure that all designers and trades are aware of our requirements and specifications.

Our skilled technicians are some of the best in our trade, with extensive experience working on the most demanding construction sites.   Wiring installs are meticulously clean, a hallmark of every Ultimate Control installation.   As construction progresses, the Ultimate Control team collaborates and often directs other trades on the job site, while keeping all parties informed of on-site changes and adjustments.  

Just prior to the installation of the electronic hardware, Ultimate Control will review the functionality of each system, updating systems to the latest available technologies.  Equipment is typically installed after all finishes are complete, paint is dry, building is secure, and the site is dust-free.   With precision, cleanliness and a respect for your personal space, Ultimate Control's technicians will commission your systems.   We'll handle all the coordination with the cable, satellite, phone and Internet providers, set up home network, and configure all your devices for favorite services like iTunes, Netflix and Pandora.
